Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We process all orders on a first-come-first-serve basis. We claim a processing time of 3-5 days for all orders, however, most orders will be processed and shipped on the following business day after the order is placed. Processing time does not affect shipping time.
Q: I received a tracking number which has not shown any updates, what's the deal?
A: We only send tracking numbers once your order has been shipped. If you have received a tracking number, we no longer have your order and it has been delivered to USPS. There have been several instances in which packages arrive with no tracking updates whatsoever. If you are concerned with shipping times and accurate tracking details, we offer an upgraded shipping option at checkout via USPS Priority Mail which is much more reliable.
Q: What is the PG/VG ratio of your e-liquid?
A: All of our products are formulated to contain the maximum amount of VG without sacrificing flavor. All ingredients in our liquids other than flavoring are VG based. With this said, our liquids vary slightly in ratio from flavor-to-flavor, and contain 80% VG or more with most being in the 90% VG range.
Q: I changed my mind after I placed my order or ordered the wrong flavor and nicotine strength, can you help me?
A: We do our best to make sure orders are processed in a timely manner. As such, if your order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to it. Please take time to carefully review your order before making a payment.
Q: when will sample packs be available again?
A: Sample packs become available on a first-come-first-serve basis every Sunday at 12pm Pacific time. There is a quantity of 250 that are available each week and typically sell out within 2 hours. If you are dying to get your hands on one, come by at the right time to secure yours!
Q: I received my order but it is incorrect or incomplete, what should I do?
A: We process and fulfill hundreds of orders every day and do our best to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered. If you have received an incorrect order, we would love to make it right for you. Please let us know by sending an email to customer firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name or order number and a picture of the contents of your package!
Q: What is you recommended steeping time/method?
A: We craft all of our liquids by hand in small batches which typically steep for 5-7 days before bottling. We believe steeping, like taste, is a subjective matter best left to the individual tastes and preferences of our customers. If you feel that our juices would benefit from steeping, then steep away!
